Chess for a modern room: a natural cork chessboard inlaid into the lid of a wooden case, with sculptural modern-style wooden chessmen — natural and ebonised, or natural and brown.

THE CRAFT
Cork squares and wooden case assembled and finished by hand in Thebes; the chessmen are turned wood, stained and sealed.
