Shipping policy

Every order leaves our Mississauga, Ontario shop insured and tracked, by FedEx or Canada Post depending on the piece and your address, and travels within Canada only. Rates are set by house and applied to the total of your order.

S.T. Dupont
Complimentary on an S.T. Dupont order of $100 or more — every lighter qualifies. Under $100: $10 in Ontario, $20 elsewhere in Canada. Flints and the Xikar butane and humidor solution follow the S.T. Dupont rates; a flint pack on its own (order under $11) goes by Canada Post lettermail for $4.50. Butane refills travel FedEx Ground only. S.T. Dupont pieces ship 3–5 business days after inspection, signature on delivery.

Geoffrey Parker
Free Canada-wide on a Geoffrey Parker order of $2,500 or more; $21.90 below that. Every piece is made to order in England — about 8–12 weeks, plus about a week in transit; exotic skins 3–4 months.

Raching
Free to your door anywhere in Canada, customs clearance and import fees included — only sales tax is extra. Cabinets are built to order: about 2 weeks in production, then 45–60 days door to door.

Every parcel is tracked, and you receive the tracking number the moment it ships. Carrier and customs delays are outside our control. For the exact charge and delivery dates on your order, enter your postal code in the cart.
