S.T. Dupont — Lighters, Cutters & Cases
Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Covers hinge service, fuel-chamber issues, and mechanism failure. Does not cover normal wear or cosmetic damage.
We handle all S.T. Dupont warranty claims directly — send photos and a description and, if in warranty, we coordinate repair or replacement.
Raching — Electric Humidors
Manufacturer warranty of 2 years on the whole unit and 6 years on the compressor, covering the cooling system, humidity sensor, temperature control, and display.
Contact us immediately with any issue — we have direct relationships with Raching and can arrange expedited service as Canada's exclusive distributor.
Boveda — Humidity Packs
Guaranteed to maintain target relative humidity (±2%) for the stated shelf life — typically 2–6 months depending on usage and seal integrity. If a pack fails to hold humidity, we'll replace it.
