How your order travels.
Most of what we sell ships within a few days and arrives in well under two weeks. Everything we ship is shipped by FedEx Ground Service. Raching humidors are different — they are custom-engineered to order, and that's reflected in the timeline. Here's exactly what to expect.

Standard Orders — Boveda & Non-S.T. Dupont Accessories
Ships within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery is next-day to 5–10 business days across Canada depending on location, with tracking numbers provided immediately upon shipment. A signature is required for orders over $500.
Premium Items — S.T. Dupont Items & S.T. Dupont Accessories
Ships within 3–5 days of order confirmation. Each item is checked and inspected before being shipped. Delivery is next-day to 5–10 business days across Canada depending on location, with tracking numbers provided immediately upon shipment. A signature is required for all S.T. Dupont items and accessories.
Raching Humidors — Special Handling
Raching units aren't assembled in North America or shipped from a warehouse. Production at the Raching factory takes approximately 2 weeks, followed by 45–60 days for delivery from the factory in China.
The timeline reflects real engineering, not a delay — and every unit includes full insurance, weekly tracking, and door-to-door delivery. We've never had a customer regret waiting for a Raching.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight. For Raching orders, international ocean freight and insurance are reflected in the product price. We currently ship throughout Canada only.
Arrived Damaged?
Document the damage if a package is delivered damaged before opening the package. Take photos of the packaging and contents, then email them with your tracking number to zdawood@ellaguitocigars.ca. We will help you with the process of getting a refund for damages in shipping and handle all claims with the carrier — your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition.
