El Laguito looks after a piece long after it leaves Mississauga. Here is what we can do for you.

Engraving
Bespoke engraving is available on select S.T. Dupont pieces. Tell the concierge which piece and the inscription you have in mind, and we will confirm what is possible, the lead time and the cost.

Gift presentation
Every piece leaves Mississauga in its house's own presentation box. If it is a gift, tell us when you order and we will make sure it arrives ready to give.

Repairs & after-sales
All ten houses are sold with authorized warranty. For S.T. Dupont service and repair we work with Joailliers Turcot in Montreal, the maison's authorized service centre in Canada — write to us first and we will arrange it. For any other house, contact the concierge and we will coordinate with the manufacturer.

Care
User manuals for S.T. Dupont lighters, pens and accessories are on our User Manuals page. Raching cabinets take distilled water only. Boveda packs are replaced about every three months.

Digital Passport
Register your S.T. Dupont piece in the maison's Digital Passport to record its authenticity and ownership.

The concierge
