THE SKIN

Full-grain calf, soft and supple, with the fine even grain that takes dye cleanly. The rectangular body shows the grain across two broad faces and gains a soft sheen with handling.

THE CRAFT

Built on a three-ply construction: the leather exterior over a structure of carton made rigid through a traditional process of bathing and drying, finished with a leather lining. The leather is flattened so each layer is very thin, and the borders are tapered so the single line of stitching — polyester, over-stitched with a rubber coating, on one side only — stays fine and discreet. The interior is lined in natural, plant-extract tanned leather that lets a cigar slide out without catching the wrapper, leaves no chemical odour and develops its own patina. The Bosquet-Paris signature is stamped in 22-carat gold.

THE FIT

Holds up to three cigars of 58 ring gauge side by side in a flat body that slips into a jacket pocket or a travel bag. 18 × 10 cm, Ø 2.7 cm, 150 g.
