THE FRAGRANCE

71/72 was created by Floris in collaboration with the English shirtmakers Turnbull & Asser: an elegant yet eccentric fragrance for men. Fresh, woody and boldly aromatic, it opens with a crisp lift of juniper paired with clean citrus notes of mandarin and bergamot. These resonate with heady florals of jasmine and lavender alongside earthier tones of orris and oud. The woods and spice develop throughout, maturing with warm, sensual hues that embody the craftsmanship of fine tailoring. Vegan.

Floris has traded from 89 Jermyn Street, in London’s St James’s, since 1730, when Juan Famenias Floris and his wife Elizabeth opened their shop. Every Floris fragrance is still created in the perfumery at the back of that shop, and the house has held Royal Warrants since 1820.
