THE FRAGRANCE

Wilde is inspired by Oscar Wilde: a creative expression of individuality, freedom and self. Sparkling bergamot and gentle citrus blossom are layered with the spicy combination of white jasmine, ginger and green carnation, an affirmation of Wilde’s love and affection for Lord Alfred Douglas. A warming base of pure sandalwood oil, olibanum and benzoin adds rich sophistication and depth. Understated, but with an unmistakable presence.

Floris has traded from 89 Jermyn Street, in London’s St James’s, since 1730, when Juan Famenias Floris and his wife Elizabeth opened their shop. Every Floris fragrance is still created in the perfumery at the back of that shop, and the house has held Royal Warrants since 1820.
