Le Grand Dupont - Popoté Black - Palladium

THE SOUND

Open the cap and the unmistakable S.T. Dupont “cling” rings out — the signature sound of a Ligne lighter, machined to resonate like a tuning fork.

THE FLAME

Two flames in one lighter — the Le Grand’s exclusive dual-ignition system pairs a refined soft double flame that gently heats your cigar with a torch flame that lights it in a perfect circle.

THE CRAFT

An emblematic technique of the maison, Popoté plays with material and light — using a special stamp, the artisan applies irregular touches to the lacquer, creating a painterly effect where the surface seems to vibrate under the light. Each gesture, both precise and random, reveals a unique depth: no two pieces are alike. And for the first time, the Le Grand ships with a screwdriver to change the flint yourself.

THE DESIGN

Black lacquer with hand-applied Popoté décor and palladium finishes — the maison’s vibrating surface on its grandest silhouette.
