THE DESIGN
A 45 × 32 cm wooden tray whose base is a sheet of natural olive burl — the figured, honey-and-brown wood of the Greek olive tree, sealed under lacquer. Matches the Manopoulos olive-burl wooden box.

THE CRAFT
Veneered, lacquered and finished by hand in Thebes. Every sheet of burl is different, so no two trays are alike.
