THE CABINET

A solid wood desktop humidor built in Italy by the Bilbao house of Jemar, measuring 27.5 x 20 x 8.5 cm and holding ~40 cigars. Root veneer, handmade, with the sides assembled without glue, and fitted with German stainless-steel hinges.

THE CLIMATE

Lined throughout in solid, unvarnished Lebanese cedar, trays and dividers included — the wood that holds humidity steady and keeps tobacco beetles out. Supplied with a hygrometer and a gel humidifier that holds about 70% RH. Season it before first use and hold it at 69–72% RH.
