THE CABINET

A solid wood desktop humidor built in Bilbao, Spain, measuring 35 x 25 x 14 cm and holding ~100 cigars. Jemar builds these as furniture — figured veneers over a sealed carcass, hand-finished, with a close-fitting lid.

THE CLIMATE

Lined throughout in Spanish cedar, the wood that holds humidity steady and keeps tobacco beetles out. Season it before first use and hold it at 69–72% RH.

Three veneers on this body: MED P2/11 Macassar ebony, MED P2/12 Ebony and MED P2/13 Padauk.
