HANDCRAFTED IN GREECE
Manopoulos has made games in Greece since 1970 — from Costas Manopoulos’s first bronze chess pieces to today’s workshop in Thebes, where every board is still cut, veneered and finished by hand. This piece comes to Canada exclusively through El Laguito Cigars.

SHIPS FROM CANADA — NO DUTIES, NO SURPRISES
Dispatched by El Laguito Cigars from Mississauga, Ontario, and priced in Canadian dollars. We import directly from the Manopoulos workshop, so there are no duties, brokerage or customs fees at your door. Each piece is made to order in Thebes: please allow approximately 25 days for production, plus 7–10 days for delivery within Canada.

THE DESIGN
Classic Staunton chessmen in wood, weighted so each piece sits firmly on the board and moves with a satisfying, deliberate feel. Three sizes, by king height.

THE CRAFT
Turned and finished by hand; each piece is weighted for stability.

IN THE BOX
32 wooden weighted chessmen. Board not included.
