Every Geoffrey Parker piece is hand made to order in the company's Essex workshops. Lead time is approximately 8–12 weeks for production, plus about 1 week for shipping to Canada; waiting times lengthen before Christmas. Larger orders may arrive in more than one shipment.
THE DESIGN
Geoffrey Parker's award-winning Silver Jubilee chess set makes a splendid centrepiece to any contemporary setting. Created in the 1960s in sterling silver-gilt, it won the Design Centre award in the Queen's Silver Jubilee year, when two sets were made with a special hallmark. Re-introduced in polished chrome inlaid with Dauphin leather, these iconic pieces have stood the test of time.
THE CRAFT
Available on a scalloped-sided leather plinth (635 × 635 × 102 mm), on a small square plinth with Water Snake inlays to the chessmen, in a felt-lined leather cabinet (chessboard listed separately), or as a loose set of chessmen.

Every piece is made to your specification from Geoffrey Parker's palette of 13 Dauphin leather colours (over 22,500 possible combinations of case, field and points). We will confirm your colour choices with you after your order is placed. Initials are embossed free of charge in gold or silver; additional embossings, company logos and custom designs are available at a small extra cost.
